I recently got a magnetic lawnmower blade balancing system from Amazon and thought that mounting it on the front of my bench grinder stand would make it ultra convenient to use during the final grinding. I have my bench grinder mounted on a Harbor Freight bench grinder stand with the front mounting surface tilted at 10 degrees. I designed and 3D printed spacers to correct the tilt angle so that the rotational axis would be horizontal. Even with the balancer positioned between the grinding wheels, I felt that I needed to protect the magnets from the sparks so I designed this cover that is held on by the magnets by gluing steel washer on the inside. I printed everything in PETG, but PLA would probably work as well. All the parts can be printed without adhesion or support. The cover is designed to be printed with the handle on the bed.
