A tool used mostly by artists for getting correct proportions, enlarging and reducing from a reference image or from within the artwork itself. Here's a video that explains and illustrates how to use one.

You need to print 2 of the stick.stl. Which will require supports. I printed them flat on the bed, but it may be doable on it's thin edge too. Have not tried.
The screw and nut have some fine threads so print at your best quality settings and print slowly for best results.
This is a large object so your printer may not be able to do this one. Sorry! Might get away with scaling it down to fit your printer's bed.
