Given that this is intended to be printed with a flexible TPU filament, I modified the design so that there would be very little bridging.
I did two remixes:
One that just changes the strap location relative to the cap to minimize bridging.
The second remix takes it further: I modified it to tighten up the keeper loop, reduce the overall filament needed by reducing the strap width, chamfered strap edges, and moved the "DUST CAP ONLY" text to the cap itself.
I imported the STL into Fusion 360, cut it up a bit, and re-extruded the strap portion, then re-attaching it to the cap. As always, I included the .f3d file so folks can remix it for their own needs.
I printed this in NinjaFlex at 0.25mm layer-height.
