Summary

It was time to clean up the cables going to my extruder and hot end. This uses the existing bolt locations on the Y axis, and tie-wraps to the back of the Printrboard frame. The cable is allowed to move in all three axis, so alignment is not critical. I have been running mine for several weeks and it has performed very nicely.

Included you will find my usual documentation. This also includes all the electrical connectors in case you need to extend any cables. The Ubis hot end cable needs extending if you are to run it inside the track, but I have listed all electrical connectors in the event they are needed.

I borrowed the basic cable chain from RotoScan, cleaned it up to print better for me, and added a slot in the back to allow a cable to be inserted from the back. This way I can add or remove a wire without trying to fish it all the way down the track.

Feedback, good or bad, is always appreciated and encouraged.

Enjoy.
