After I 3D printed the front set of the Groza conversion kit from longineus, I decided to also print the rest of the gun...so here it is :)
I have to say that i did not make most of the parts in this project, other ppl here on Thingiverse did.
I still had to make all the parts fit and did some slight improvements to them.
Big should out to longineus for making this even possible because he did most of the work.(he also has a lot of cool attachments for the Groza so check him out)
All the other creators are mentioned as a remix, they also helped immensely.
Sadly I'm not allowed to use the dust cover from TwiggyDesigns as a remix, but I link it here so you can download it from him: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3541397
How to Print:
All the parts are printable on a standard ender 3 (220x220x250).
I suggest at least 4 walls and an infill of 30% to 60%.
parts list:
assembly:
You should find out how to assemble the groza with no problem.
You might need to file some parts or cut some screws to get the right length.
Use loctite or a spring washer at the screw that holds the motor cage or it might lose itself.
Use the 3x10mm spring at the trigger and the hole at the side of the trunion.
The threaded rod is optional, cut it the right length and put it into the grip.
You NEED to use a mosfet to use the microswitch (DO NOT wire the battery directly to the microswitch or it will blow up if you press it).
You can also wire the microswitch to a etu to get the most performance and more features out of your gun.
testing and tips:
I tested it outdoors and in cqb and it performed very well.
The gun is robust, there are no moving parts or any squeaking noises.
Sadly the gun is pretty loud so you might want to build you gearbox as silent as possible and/or dampen the inside of the gun with foam.
You have enough space for a regular stick type battery.
if you have any questions or suggestions please leave a commend or DM me.
----update 22.05.23------
I added a stronger carry handle because mine broke at the part that connects to the picatinny rail of the trunion.
I also added more tolleranzes so it fits the picatinny rail better.
----update 4.6.23------
I made a front grip for the Groza. check it out: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6060911
