My old frames (Bronx E Black 145) broke on me, so I designed some new ones for me to wear. They print great in PLA with supports (no warping or sticking issues), haven't printed them in ABS yet but I plan to soon.
I emailed the people who made my glasses for me (America's Best) and they said they couldn't give me the lens template or number, so sadly I can't publish what lens template to ask for if you want to get lenses to match. What you can probably do however, is print out a set and say you want your new lenses fitted to them, or order the lenses for the same model I got (Bronx E Black)
For adjusting the frames, just run them under really hot water for a minute, then bend them how you need. I tried this trick and it works well for me. I have no real solution to popping the lenses in, other than to do so keeping in mind not to scratch the coating off.
