Step into the spooky season with the Print2Play: Wraith Whisper Spirit Board, perfect for Halloween gatherings or adding a mysterious touch to your collection. Inspired by classic spirit boards, this design includes a custom planchette and a board that can be printed separately or together in one STL file.
The board features recessed letters and symbols, giving you the option to paint them by hand for contrast. If your printer supports multi-filament printing, you can use a darker color (like black) for the recessed symbols and a different color (like wood or glow-in-the-dark) for the rest of the board. This allows for high visibility or a glowing effect for the letters and symbols.
Once printed, the spirit board is ready to use. Simply follow the traditional steps for board use, or display it as part of your Halloween decor.

Print the spirit board and planchette either separately or together using the combined STL file. For added contrast, you can paint the recessed letters and symbols by hand, or use multi-filament printing to create a striking dual-color effect.
Sanding the bottom of the planchette can help improve its movement across the board.
For an even spookier effect, glow-in-the-dark filament for the planchette or board symbols is highly recommended. However, a wood filament (as used in the example prints) provides a more classic, rustic look, perfect for the Halloween vibe.
