The file 'Print In Place Foldable Phone Stand 3D Printer Model' is (step, stl) file type, size is 2.5MB.
This is a print in place foldable phone stand. I designed this using Onshape and if you'd like to take a look at the model here is a link to it.

I designed this with the goal to learn how to make 3d printable joints and create a well designed product. I think I have succeeded, but of course there is always room for improvement.
The design allows for 3 levels of angle adjustment and the ability to either lay your phone vertically or landscape in any of the positions. When it is folded down the print is smaller than a credit card and 7mm tall. Note that in order for the stand to not fold in on itself when in use, place the legs on the adjustment bars on the base. This will allow for the weight to distribute back into the print rather than the floor thus forcing it to buckle. Also note that the offsets on each part are 0.5mm, depending on the leveling of your bed filament can tend to spread a bit further on the base layer which make separating the pieces difficult in the end. Don't be afraid to force it a bit on the support connecting bars as this should help get some leverage. Let me know what you think of my very first design and print!
