This is improved screw and knob replacement for the tensioner similar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854971
The screw is for F688Z bearings (without teeth).
Improvements:
M4x25 screw is needed if using a nut and washer, if not M4x20 could be enough.
For good fit use "slice tolerance" in cura:
If the knob feel too tight try to wear gloves and apply some force, it will become better after going all the way few times.
With everything exclusive it may be too loose.
Infill at least 25% - more is better.
