I decided to model the gearbox and the gears, i couldnt find the complete gearbox here so i made it with tinkercad.
It's for my daughter 6v atv modified to 24v 550 motor, tested for about 2 weeks and the gears are still holding.
Material needed to build one from nothing.
M3x30 screw (4x)
4x35mm steel pin (2x)
Filament; PETG or stronger
Grease
Support needed for the first gear and drive gear, print everything flat except the drive gear i printed it in the air at 45deg
I used a skirt for the first and middle gear and brim for the drive gear and the two half casing because my petg does warp a bit it's cheap.
