Remixed from the original power supply holder from Prusa, this has an opening for a USB socket and the power switch has been moved to the rear.

I'm using this to power my Raspberry Pi. Perhaps other items to come. Connects inside the case to the extra 12V terminals present on the Power supply.
I used two fork and two spade connectors and some 16 gauge wire to connect it up. .
