Power Drawbar for Grizzly G0759 or G0704 Milling Machine.
Requires:
- Neiko 30088A 3/8" Drive Butterfly Impact Wrench
- Williams JHWBD-810 SuperTorque 3/8-Inch Drive Shallow 8 Point 5/16-Inch Socket
- 3x 175mm x 8mm stainless steel rods
- 3x SCS8UU Linear Ball Bearings (uxcell)
- 6x SP 9706 Spring Mechanical Compression Spring 1/2-inch by 1-1/2-inch
- 4x M4 20mm hex socket head screws
- 4x M4 25mm hex socket head screws
- 1x 1/4in.-20x2" carriage bolt
- 1x 1/4in.-20 wingnut
- 2x 1/4in.-20x1.5" Hex bolt
- 2x 1/4in.-20 nut & washer
Notes:
- Remove the black plastic sleeve on the impact wrench
- Don't tighten M4 bolts all the way as they will make the bearings bind and not slide easily. Tighten them last but only enough to be secure. Test to make sure the bearings slide freely
- Extra holes allow for M3 grub screws if extra tension is needed
- Print with 3 walls for extra rigidity
