My variant of the power bank with two 18650 batteries.
All material is reused from old power bank or scrap I found in my technical drawer :-). I also would like to apologize to all strict electricians for not respecting wire color coding - I couldn´t find decent red wire.
Black foam at the top of the battery positive contact is just spacer to increase pressure
Top piece is glued to the base part, if you prefer bolts just change top piece (Fusion 360 source file is there). Base part has already provision for it.
Tips:
a) if you have spare spring contacts then use them on positive battery pole for better contact
b) find good electronics, I´ve used it from the cheapest chinese power bank and it would give me 1A max
