Summary

• This laptop riser has a 1.5" lift with a 10 degree angle, purpose designed for 15-17" laptops however smaller laptops can still use this design. Can be used straight off the printer without any worries.

All Versions:

• Original: Made as a standalone pair, as seen in the main pictures. It can have Velco strapping wrapped around it, but it isn't super tight (may slide a bit).

• With Clip V1: Made originally to be an overall upgrade (hand feel stuff) and add a clip for the velcro strapping so that it's tighter. The clip hole is relatively large facilitating different attachment methods if velcro is not wanted to be used.

• With Clip V2: After some use, I found that a smaller clip hole (width) works better for velcro strapping, and thus, shrunk it down. This is not made as a replacement but rather an improvement.

Optional quality of life additions:

• Stick on rubber: can be helpful especially if on slick surfaces. (think command sticky rubber bumpers used on cabinets). Can also use silicone / rubber sheeting made for furniture feet.

• 2mm foam sheet: Want a little cushion? Glue some foam sheet to the top where the laptop will be resting to have a little give and help prevent vibrations while fans are running.

• Velcro straps (10"): On the go? use a double-sided velcro strap to hold them together so while in your backpack or bag. (see image)

Potential Untested Upgrades:
(These are untested ideas that I have come up with that you may want to try, but at your own risk. If these are tested please leave results in comments.)

• Rubberized coating, dipping in plastidip or flexseal creating a grippy rubbery surface. Might help with slipping especially if your laptop does not have silicone / rubber feet.
