The file 'Portable Insulin Case 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 275.7KB.
This was an old design I had made years ago while I was using the Medtronic InPen. My goal was to have a pocketable durable container for the InPen and some needles.
In all, there are 7 parts to print:
Lid: 1x in PLA
Shell: 1x in PLA
Needle Holder: 1x in PLA
TPU Inserts: 2x in TPU or PLA- these will fit both the pen and needle holder
TPU Top: 1x in TPU- Glue to the lid
TPU Bottom: 1x in TPU- Glue to the bottom of the shell
The TPU inserts should slide perfectly into the PLA Shell, providing a soft support/some insulation for the insulin inside. The InPen will fit if it's placed lid side in first.
I may redesign this in the future to accommodate more pens, or streamline the overall assembly process.
