8" door woofer adapter for Porsche. Tested in Porsche Macan and 718. You might need to modify the woofer hole locations.
To print, you would need a bed of at least 10"x10".
The adapter is a two piece to be printed in PolyCarbonate or similar plastic material that is resistant to heat. They are put together with guiding pins using flat head screws (see photo for necessary screw P/N. You can also bond it with black silicone, and screws. Screws are important for structural integrity.
The woofer holes will accommodate either a Dayton Audio RS225-8 or a HERTZ SPL Show Series SV-200L. In all honesty, the cheaper Dayton Audio woofers sound much better.
The 3rd element is optional. It is a gasket to be placed between the metal surface and the adapter. Print in TPU 90A filament.
