Got the stinky-yard blues? Try this handy two-piece scooper set. Basic but effective and economical.
Scoop consists of the bottom shovel, 3 identical angled poles, 2 identical couplers and a cap handle on the top.
Rake has a fork on the bottom, 3 straight identical poles (smaller diameter than for the scooper), 2 identical couplers that fit the smaller poles, and a top cap handle, that also fits the smaller diameter poles.
Update: Dec 25 '21: added angled-tine rake, works better.
Note: poles are 240mm long, so your machine must be big enough to accommodate.
I used hot glue to fasten the various parts together, though most any PLA-friendly adhesive will work. For the angled poles, take care to orient the angle of the pole with the angle of the coupler before gluing. Also, make sure to center the couplers lengthwise where two poles meet, to maximize strength & durability.
Use supports for the fork, and rafts for the poles and handles. Shovel and fork don't need rafts.
