This is a cute poop monster from Dr. Slump, a manga by Akira Toriyama. He's got a hole on the bottom, which you can put on a pencil and gross out your friends. I've printed out a bunch of them, and painted the eyes and brows for a fun 3D printed gift by the dozens.
