This is a replacement piece for the proprietary bolt/washer combo that the Pontiac Fiero uses to attach the plastic door skins to the metal door frame.
This is designed to be used with the a standard countersunk (flathead) M6-1.0 x 16 mm bolt. If you want to adapt this to use something else, I've also included the STEP files that can be modified in any CAD program.
