My Polaris 180 started to fall apart so I designed a simple cover to replace it. It prints with the tops down with very little support material.
Just CA them together, it prints on a 250 x 250 bed.
I've replaced a lot of parts on my polaris with 3d printed components so I had to add a weight
to the top to get it to sink properly. You may not need that.
