Found my old Badges tumbling around in my drawers and decided its finially time to give them a proper home.
Printed in 3 parts (Lid, Badge plate, and bottom)
Lid and bottom was printed in Amolen Woodfill PLA
Badge plate was printed in Geeetech Marble PLA
Everything should friction fit together with the layer lines acting as as lips to hold each other in place, if it is loose for yours you can hold the badge plate more snug with a little folded paper wedge which is easily hidden by the lip of the lid.
Unfortunatly my badge plate was a little too snug so i had to sand down the corner of it so i can access the badges when i want to.
The badge plate is printed without holes, i made the holes by poking through with a hot needle after i marked out a stencil of where i wanted my badges positioned so everything stayed neat and balanced
