This is the gift box found in Pokemon Go that you send/receive from friends.
The white stripe on the pyramid lid can be added by pausing the print at intervals and swapping between yellow and white. By default, these pauses and swaps should happen around 23mm-25mm and then again at 43mm-45mm.
The buttons can be printed and then glued into the indents made to hold them.
The Green Buttons x3 needs to be printed twice, resulting in 6 buttons.
