A Pokeball Planter that can be fully 3D printed with any conventional 3D printer without the need for supports.
No supports needed!
The aim was to create a desktop planter that was as close to the original Pokeball design from Pokemon as possible, without oversimplifying the distinct silhouette.
The Pokeball Planter is split into 4 main parts:
Top: "RedTop"
Middle: "BlackRibbon"
Bottom: "WhiteBottom"
Central Button: "WhiteButton"
Instructions:
1) Glue the Middle part onto the Top and Bottom pieces. Be sure get everything aligned properly.
2) Once the glue has dried, glue the Central Button onto the Middle piece.
3) Depending on the tolerances you have achieved with your 3D printer, you may want to add a thin layer of glue around the seams between parts to ensure they are drip tight.
4) Fill your Pokeball Planter with whatever you'd like and enjoy! :)
Don't worry about making it Red / White / Black. Feel free to use any colour scheme you'd like.
