The file 'Pokémon Cherish Ball – Fully Functional With Button And Hinge 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 4.4 MB.
After taking the time to design the dusk ball, I though I might try my hand at some other balls.
So I present to you, the cherish ball. Hours of my life were spend making sure this ball was as game accurate as possible, while still being as fully functional as all the other balls, so I hope it lives up to it's expectations.
If you have not already, I would look at the instructions for the Pokéball model by MrFozzie, all of the same rules apply here, except the parts are obviously slightly differently shaped. The two big things to look out for are inner red rings and the shell pieces. While in theory all these pieces should be interchangeable, in practice that is not the case. make sure to keep the bottom shell with the bottom inner piece, and vice versa. for the inner red ring pieces, make sure to keep the left and right pieces on the correct side, (left and right if you are looking at the front of the ball) and keep top and bottom pieces in the correct places. When gluing in the ring pieces, look for a rounded edge. this edge will line up with the rounded edge in the inner shell piece. Once the ball is closed, the front ends of the red rings should look fully rounded. (see picture above.) It shouldn't be to hard. Just keep your parts in the right place and it should be a piece of cake.
