It's a stand/holder created specifically with caracter cards from the old polish board game "Magia i Miecz" in mind. The printed stand fits the cards perfectly, like the original one - cards slide in with a little snug but not too tight, to not damage the original cards.
Obviously these stands can be used for any other game or purpose - as long as the card or paper is 0,4mm (0.016") thick it should fit just fine.

Jest to podstawka stworzona z myślą o kartach postaci ze starej gry planszowej "Magia i Miecz". Wydrukowana podstawka idealnie trzyma karty, jak oryginalna - kart wsuwają się z lekkim oporem ale nie za dużym, by nie uszkodzić oryginalnych kart.
Oczywiście te podstawki mogą być użyte w dowolnej innej grze lub w innym celu - jeśli karta czy papier ma grubość 0,4mm powinna pasować.
