I wanted to create a version of 3DDotDragon's Pocket Katana that didn't need any magnets, but retains the satisfying draw/sheathe action.
So I simply redesigned the sheathe to have two small leaf springs that interface with small nubs on the blade to create a satisfying little click to lock the katana into place when sheathing, and a little pop as you draw it.
I designed my own custom guard and made some minor edits to the sheath and blade for personal aesthetic preferences as well.
