The file 'Playseat Challenge Pedals Reinforcement 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 27.8KB.
Had some left over stuff after adding this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5182217
So it is a 40x3mm aluminum bar and I cut them to around 28cm in length.
The holes are all for M3 bolts. I used the 3D printed parts as guide for drilling.
Be aware that the holes of the spacer and mounts for the brackets on the lower end are not symmetrical. So make sure that the hole closer to the side is on the top side of the bar.
The holes for the lower part is a bit wider than needed. For tighter fit, I first added electrical tape to the inside of the bar clamps, but removed it as it was too hard to move the pedals with them.
Printed with PETG and 30% infill. I printed them as aligned and only added support for the bottom_2 part.
I designed bottom_1 but it was too short so I added a spacer. Therefore I added bottom_1_no_spacer but haven't tested it.
