based on a 3d Scan of my Gebrüder Ihle Bumper Car.
Bumper can for example be printed in Flex.
Use Supports.
To fix the wheels in place use a piece of nail or metal rod and melt it on the part with a soldering iron.
glue pieces together or melt it together with a soldering iron.
Edit: i altered the chassis at the back, so that it can take a 3mm flagpole
also included a flag, heat it up to bend it.
i would recomend to use a 3mm bbq stick as a flagpole.
