Playboy is an anthropomorphic silent baby penguin who wears a black top hat and bow-tie. He is very soft-hearted and emotional, prone to silently shedding tears when his feelings are hurt. During winter, his dripping tears freeze into ice cubes.
He was colored blue in his first appearance, but was later changed to black to match the appearance of an actual penguin.
In his brief cameo in the Looney Tunes Cartoons episode "Elf Help", his mother is colored blue like his first appearance while his father is colored black like his current appearances.

Feet: Flat spot on the bottom of the feet are the indication of the position.
Hat: Pin to head, is tight fit and hat does not need to be glued on but can be. Pins to combine hat together and a tight press fit, creates a more seamless look.
Eyes: Assemble them and pop them into the eye sockets (tight fit).
