I found my wall light switches to be too functional, simple and utilitarian. Can't have that! Over complicated it for the sake of fun.
This screws right on top of the existing wall switch cover.
You'll need some 5mm or slight smaller equivalent. I just happened to have a collection of stainless steel hollow tubes which I used.Held in place with a bit of gorilla glue.
You'll need to print 3 of the: Healical Gear ([email protected]).stl
The only part that requires supporst is: yoke.stl
Assemble the Ring, planets and sun gear with brute force and man-handling, BEFORE you place them onto the snap-fit posts. All the gears are helical so it can be a bit fussy to manipulate after-the-fact, but it's still doable... just harder.
