Ever had a print delaminate when using the wrong screw? One way to prevent this is to have screw holes printed on the z-axis or at least diagonally. The best way of course is to use flat-headed screws. What if you don't have any? Make them using the PlainZkru washer.

There are two simple sizes to be used for the usual 3xNN (s36) and 4.5xNN (s58) screws you probably already have a ton of. You can rescale to match your needs. I will add more versions in case I ever need any. The washers are oriented upside down to keep the bottom part properly sized even if printed with a brim or elephant foot to get them into 8 mm or 10 mm holes easily.

I also added two more "skin" versions of the above mentioned sizes. They print in the expected orientation right side up and should be exactly as wide as the 3xNN or 4.5xNN screw heads. I'm not sure how strong those are but they should do OK for holes that have been designed for this size screw heads.

Actually these washers are so simple - you could easily make some fitting your screws and projects exactly. So the PlainZkru is more an idea than a design but yes, they do work well.

Keep in mind you may have to re-design the screw-holes of your project to work with the washers.
