The awesome design by guppyk included an adapter for Google Pixel Watch, but it came out a little too loose for my charger. I am not sure if this is due to a variation in dimensions of the charger or my printer's calibration, but I decided to put together something that would work better for my charger and/or printer.
The inside footprint is a ∅33.5-mm hexadecagon (16-sided polygon), creating a series of tighter and looser points around the circular charger to make it a little forgiving to any dimensional variations.
My charger fits securely into the adapter without any adhesive but is still easily removeable if you need to take only the charger with you when traveling.
