Pixel 7 Hard Phone Cover

This is a lightweight phone cover that covers the edges and vulnerable parts of the Pixel 7 phone by google, keeping it from resting directly on the screen or camera on flat surfaces.

This minimal design can be printed from ABS, PETG, or even PLA. In fact, any hard plastic should work.

The hex panel inserts should be pushed into place with something flat, not your phone. Your phone might work, but it will be hard to snap in if you haven't pushed in the decorations.

Snapping In The Phone

1. Slide the phone into the top socket, and snap the camera into its socket. If it doesn't snap in firmly and seat, you won't be able to snap in the lower corners.

2. Keep the case pressed against the back of the Pixel 7 phone and pull the lower tabs out while pushing in the phone to fully snap it in place.

Snapping Out The Phone

1. Lever out the lower tabs and lift up on the phone with your other hand.

2. Unseat the camera recess by prying out on the lower section of the case until the phone snaps out.

It should fit snugly. If you find that you can't fit the phone in, then you should probably tune your printer.

Added a hex insert version with a bridge for the bottom tabs.

I strongly recommend printing this case from PETG or ABS. PLA tends to be too brittle to survive a fall.
