My kids love these! I love these! They feel great in hand! There is a hollow blade for less material and just for show, or the solid blade if you want a bit more durability
I used my glue gun with Gorilla Glue, holds perfect and will come out for blade replacement, I'd like to have these "click" in as well, but that may come in time
BEWARE!
Although these can stand a good amount of basic play, they can surely be broken, for younger kids who always seem to be curious as to the bend strength on the blade (3&5 year old structural engineers LOL) I printed the hollow set in TPU (infill causes too much movement at height) I used a higher Shore Hardness TPU and bent the blades myself to "break it in" and soften it, they work great!
I used Tree Supports in CURA for both the PLA and the TPU prints, I used trees supports on my skull handles, but I'm not sure that they are necessary except for the bottom inside where the insert goes.
If there is any trouble with the files, let me know, and All Hand Hoy!
