When your pipe is not accessible in terms of sliding a ring holder over the end then you need to have articulated or hinged arm to fit to an existing pipe or hose. This allows you to fit this holder at any point. There is a 4 mm hole for the screw or nail.
Simply scale the model to fit different size pipes. Standard size is for 22 mm hose or pipe.
Scale to 95% for 20mm or up and down accordingly for your application.
Not a sophisticated model as I'm using tinkercad but it does work. I printed with 3 walls and 5% infill at .36 on a .6 nozzle and that worked well. Very little force required to get the print in place hinge to free up.
