The file 'PingPong King / Queen Trophy 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3d) file type, size is 21.7MB.
This trophy is meant a challenge cup which needs to be won 3 times in a row before it can be claimed by the champion. With every win, a PingPong ball is added inside the cup .
To create this trophy, I did combine three models of other creators which are all linked somewhere on that page.
The trophy has some fine parts which can break easily if not handled carefully. Therefore, I did separate the pillars and the crown from the Trophy and added some “inserts” to put it together after printing. In case that a pillar or the crown breaks, you can easily replace that part. The shorter pillar on top of the racket is not replaceble. Watch out when putting on the crown to not break that pillar.
Print the following parts to get the trophy as shown in the picture:
If you prefer to print all at once (without the ugly inserts for the pillars) or want to make some changes to the model, you can find the .f3d File (exported from Fusion360) attached to this thing.
Note that you will not be able to add the PingPong Balls if you print the crown on top of it. Always print the crown separately - extra benefit: no support needed.
A well-tuned printer should be able to print the trophy without support. I strongly suggest adding some support to the Base to maintain precision on those corners of the “Nameplate”. I also suggest printing the crown individually and add it to the top after the printing is done. If the crown is printed on top right away it will need support and you won't be able to add the PingPong balls afterwards.
