The leaves were too thin and prone to breaking.
Here I have thickened the leaves, as well as made the cylinder and leaves separate connecting pieces for easy replacing if they break again. The box is unaltered.

All parts printed fine without supports.
The cylinder-leaves connection is very precise, and may require some filing of the hollow in the leaves if any elephant footing occurs during printing.
