The file 'Pin In Block (Brainteaser) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 96.2KB.
Enspired by the model from Botaz at printables I made the trick durable and easy to print. Also put the pin outside the block so you can easy print in different colors.
Printing (in PLA!):
Block: Layer 0.2 / Nozzle 0.4 / Perimeters:8 / Infill 100% / no support or brim / Print flat as postioned in the STL
Pin: Layer 0.2 / Nozzle 0.4 / Perimeters:5 / Infill 100% / no support or brim / Print with the head on the bed as positioned in the STL
It's a modern approach to the classic nail thru wood trick.
To get the nail inside you have to steam up and bend the wood.
With this model it's almost the same: PLA gets soft above 80°C...
