The file 'Picatinny Riser For AR15, M4, M16 AK – 60mm Length, 5 Slots, 3 Different Heights 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 245.8KB.
This is a remix of existing design, I just needed different height. I think this will be very easy to print and it looks really sturdy and cool. It will be also lighter than aluminium.
You have the original 1", and my redesigns for 30mm, 25mm, 20mm and 16mm risers included.
Print as shown on the pictures. At least 8 layers for all and 30-50% infill.
UPDATE : It printed out very nicely, no supports needed. The strength is enough even if printed with PLA, though flexible plastics will be better as example ABS, PET, PP, PC or Nylon ( just a thought I haven't tried any of those ). I tried with plane PLA and PLA+ from eSUN, both were ok, it holds itself very stable on the rail. When you screw the bolts don't screw too much or it will shatter the plastics on the place of the bolt or the nut where it is weaker, especially plane PLA is very brittle. Remember, the screws are there just to keep it in place, the hold-on is done by the rail not by the bolts. The rail works brilliant ( mil spec/design is not a joke thing even if printed from plastics ).
Enjoy!
