Piano key hook with moveable keys
I used a filament change when printing the base after 2mm I would switch from black PLA to white to save a lot of assembly headaches.
You could change the filament manually or just add a post processing script in Cura depending on your printer configuration.
I printed the base and the white glue-in strips at 0.3mm layer height, the black keys at 0.2mm (I also used support on the black keys for a better result with the pins but it would be fine without).
Slot the black keys in from the top then push in the white strips, add glue to these but do not glue the black keys.
Mount to your wall with basic screws, the holes in the base are countersunk.
Double length version also available in files.
2x STEP files for assemblies also available. Please do not use this design for resale.
