Summary

Fully enclosed case, designed to house a pi 2, boost charger, LiPo battery, and a couple modules.

I designed this case to accommodate the following parts:

Boost charger (combined with a rechargeable battery, is an UPS) https://www.adafruit.com/products/2465

Lithium Ion Polymer Battery - 3.7v 2500mAh - that fits right under the pi, https://www.adafruit.com/products/328

There are 3 ports, one for charging/powering the unit via micro USB. The Pi micro USB is blocked off and unused, this micro USB is part of the 1000C charge/boost module. The other 2 ports are for the on/off switch - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007QAJMHO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

and the OLED screen - SSD1306 SPI OLED 128x64 generic screen I got on ebay a couple years ago for a few bucks. You will probably need to modify the OLED port to conform to your particular display module, or remove the port for a headless setup.

there are screw mounts and holes for the boost charger and the pi, and the battery cavity is also a tight fit. The entire design has minimal space in mind while keeping everything enclosed. It fits (I should say almost fits) in the palm of most peoples' hands.

I used FreeCAD and the source files are included.

This was initially for my handheld GPS system I made, that works excellently, and if you want more information, such as the 4GB image, I may be able to beam it over to you if you PM me, we can arrange that. In time I may re-use it for other handheld instruments or even some automobile related projects like lojack or data logging, head units, etc. ECU for UAVs, the possibilities are endless.

The quad core Pi2 is a credit card size little monster, and its capabilities open up so many opportunities. I just wish it had some sort of ADC as well, but you can't have your cake and eat it too I guess.
