Photostudio for 3D scanning and photogrammetry in conjunction with a larger turntable.
The aim is to obtain a uniform background for the shots with little stray light.
Since black material is more difficult to detect in a 3D scan, a black cinema material is a good choice as curtain.
I used "adamantium" for this, which I still had as a leftover from my home cinema but you can make your own experiments with different material.
The shape of the curtain- clamps are from the "Curtain Clip" by the member "sparr".

I glued the rails with superglue, as well as the stands.
If someone wants to continue working on the design and make it foldable or pluggable with snap-in lugs, this is a good idea, which I had rejected due to lack of time.
The lower rail is simply pushed through the stands, the upper rail is simply plugged into the stands.
The clamps have a shape that ensures that they can be moved with a little force but not too easily.
The fits are generally very loose,so that it will work with not optimal calibrated printers, too.
It may be that the feedthroughs in the stands have to be sanded minimally.
The rail connectors might have needed a little more material on the female side, but glued it holds really well and is very stable.
Of course, the curtain will hold well with fewer clamps, but I wanted to achieve a good radius and not a "poly corner curtain".
