Summary

Design intent was to have a large format phone/phablet stand with adjustable angles, but stay solid. This stand adjusts in roughly 5 degree increments from approximately 30 degrees from horizontal to 70 degrees.

It was designed to fit my Galaxy Note series of phones, but similar phone sizes should fit as well, such as the iPhone 6s Plus.

5.66" Tall (at highest incline)

.729" L - short leg inside face. Designed with 10degree backwards angle and grip teeth to secure phones/phablets along with their cases of thicknesses up to .72".
5.159" L - long leg inside face. Galaxy note extends approximately .75 beyond the legs.
.375" Body Thicknesses

Material Needs:
4 - Stop Nuts (8-32) (Nylon Lock Nuts)
4 - 8-32 x 3/4" Round Head Machine Screws
2 - 8-32 x 3/8" Round head Machine Screws
2 - 8-32 Brass Threaded Heat Inserts from Mcmaster Carr
1 - basic soldering iron to heat up and sink the heat inserts into the crossbar stabilizer piece.

Tips:
Print inside faces down on the print bed for best results.
Depending on your printer abilities you may need some support material for the stop nut recessed holes.
