temperature: I've printed at 220 degree PLA and it fused the supports with the piece making it harder to post-process, so you may give a try to 205 degree PLA
1 remove screws
2 remove pin
3 remove earmuffs
4 remove screws over earmuffs
5 de-solder wires
6 remove broken piece
7 insert 3D PRINTED PART
8 re-solder wires
9 re-screw everything
10 use a screw as a pin replacement.
11 re-fit the earmuffs correctly
Since the phone part was broken I used a hot soldering iron to pull the pin, It may be possible to remove it with a strong neodymium magnet, I didn't tried it.
