It's a Philips Hue Dimmer Switc h wall mount adapter for european households to replace the original, manual switch.

Assembly tips:

use 4 screws with 4 nuts and with 4 pads and screw it to the metal part (came from the blind cover)
use 2 scews with 4 nuts and 2 pads to screw up the philips hue back cover
