The file 'Peugeot Citroen MAF To Pod Air Filter Adapter 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.8MB.
During an engine swap of my car, I noticed that there's no 'pod filter' system for the Peugeot / Citroen Mass Air Flow sensor due to it's design and lack of anyone doing anything with these engines in a 'sport' or modifying capacity.
So to that end I created this ram air style intake adapter that suits a 100mm intake air filter (such as the Pipercross universal item in the pictures)
This works on a wide range of Peugeot Citroen engines (diesel and petrol) from the late 90's to 2010. The engine pictured in the photos is a 2.2 HDI from a 406, that now lives in a Citroen Berlingo.
Could be remixed for your own style of pod filter, or a 100mm (4") silicone hose would fit on it, enabling you to transition to your own intake elsewhere.
It makes my engine sound very aggressive, with lots more Turbo noise than before.
Printed in Glass Fiber reinforced PETG (for heat and vibration resistance)
I would recommend high temperature materials, with some kind of added reinforcement.
I then sanded it, which is why it looks scratched and dusty in the pictures. But it's just a result of the sanding. It's smooth to the touch.
Printed with an Ender 3 Pro V2
Sliced using Cura
Designed with Fusion 360
