This is a fan shroud for the 4010 blower fan for a Reality Ender 3. I added the Bullseye Cooling Duct recently, but food the 4010 mount was too loose and would allow the fan to rattle. It drove me nuts. The rest of my printer is covered with Galactic Empire Logos, so for this one I took inspiration from the Death Star interior lighting.
I have printed this and it fits well and uses the m2x8 socket head screws. I printed mine upside down with supports on the build plate only. I've since added a double revers fillet in that area, so supports may not be needed.
