My pet waste (dog poop) bag dispenser broke so I felt the need to make a new one.
After several tries, I ended up with this design which should help tear off the top bag and hold on to the next one.
I use the spool-less Blue Gorilla bags that have a cut between them to more easily snag and tear off, and I designed this dispenser around those. This dispenser would probably work for bags on a spool but I haven't tested them.
