You will need:

  • Printed parts
  • 1x metallic binder (50mm height, 22.5mm wide, 26.7mm long. See 3D model for detailed size reference, if needed)
  • 2x Zinc Pan Head Screws (3 x 8mm) screws (for assembling the wall bracket with the binder inside)
  • 4x standard flat head countersunk screws with 6mm dowel (for installing both parts in the wall and the door)

Since the hinge is printed in place with the door bracket, it must be printed in the upper position. Tree supports work well for this print (see image).

To install

  • Screw PAR190924-003 - Wall bracket with binder (BOTTOM) in the wall. Check if it is properly aligned
  • Insert the metallic binder into the wall bracket (place plier into the binder to keep it open during installation)
  • Place to top cover, PAR190924-004 - Wall bracket with binder (TOP) and screw
  • Align the MON190924-001_002 - Door bracket and connecting bar Assembly for 3D printing part on the door and screw in place.

When locked in place, the door will have a ~90mm opening.
