It's odd to remix your own design. :) See the original for a better description of this item. Wow my first design and printing it looked like !crap! compared to what I can do today!
Version 2 and reworked it in solid works. Wow what a better model than 123Design!
I printed 6 of them in ABS at .2 100%
I find that if you print it upside down at 195 degrees with supports, it prints the best and uses the lest amount of filament. I included a picture of my simplify3D position.
As mentioned in the original, I've never had one of these swivel around on me so the key way idea is not needed. They stay in place. Also with Simply3D I didn't need anything but the tweezers to push (yes push,not grind) the support material away. This print might be the #1 case of proof why Simplfy3D is worth it's cost.
